Culture Of Stewardship
As stewards of our clients’ capital, we come to work every day with the goal of helping them build and preserve the wealth required to reach their financial goals – retirement, college, and saving for what’s next.
My mission as a financial consultant is to help my clients build their assets over the long term while encouraging them to more fully enjoy life by using their money for positive social change. Ruth and I graduated from Wheaton College and I started in the financial services industry in 1993. We live in East Grand Rapids and have three children; Zinnia, Oskar, and Kagiso. I am an avid runner and enjoy my loops around Reeds Lake. For many years I have served on the board of The Potter’s House School.

Growing up the son of a financial consultant certainly piqued my interest in the market early on as I purchased my first shares of stock at age twelve. My official investment career began in 1998. I am proud to serve many good people and greatly value the trust clients place in us to assist in the stewardship of their assets. I graduated from Wheaton College and live in Grand Rapids with my wife Lindsay. I love watching our kids Morgan, Corbin, and Ryer enjoy their passions and we attend the East Paris Campus of Ada Bible Church.

My career in the financial services industry began in 2005 working for a local bank which sparked my interest in finance and investing. I graduated in 2010 with a B.A. in Marketing from Grand Valley State University. I joined Olsson Investment Group in May of 2011, and obtained my Series 7 and 63 licenses. My role encompasses all facets of client service. I live in Rockford with my husband and children where we enjoy doing anything outdoors, from hunting and fishing to mountain biking and snowboarding.
